Leaders and employees are continually aware of company’s mission, vision, values and ethical principles. Leaders and employees act honestly and responsibly and promote ethical practices.  

General:  EST’s main objective is to ensure responsible and ethical management of services and processes from the point of view of health, safety and environmental aspects. Towards this end, Enterprises has increased its self-appraisal by adopting also various models (EFQM, EBEN), standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) and codes (ISM Code). 

EST leaders, aligned with the Integrity and Ethics value, run the organization in a real and visibly ethical manner. That said, they have decided not only to support the Greek chapter of the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN GR) by becoming its founding members but also the Managing Director of EST in an elected member and serves as the Treasurer of the institute’s Board of Directors. The EBEN is the only international network dedicated wholly to the promotion of business ethics in Europe and its role is to promote values based on management, ethical leadership and increased awareness about companies’ responsibility in society.
